Francisco was quick to respond to my call for a quote.The job consisted of a gate door and I believed he understood what we talked about as far as what I wanted done. He installed it late one night,because he didn't have all tools needed at the time. I had to leave and left money for him to be payed once the job was completed. I realized the next day, the gates ornamental pattern were facing towards my neighbors side and my view had all the screws and bolts, no pattern. It looks cheap and I m embarrassed to even look at it, much less try to show it off. I contact him numerous times asking him to please just turn it facing my property, or maybe just add a few ornaments to cover the screws. His response was he's too busy and will get to it when he has the time.This was 12/2016. I have not heard from them since and have given up. I don't believe he has pride in his work. I will not hire Elia's iron works again, and will strongly caution anyone that is considering hiring this company.
